Shipping policy

Local pick up is our preferred transaction method. Shipping can be arranged on a case to case basis. Customer will be sent a separate invoice for freight, shipping insurance, plus a $500 handling fee. The handling fee will cover the labor and materials involved with the building of the shipping crate. Any damage that occurs in transit MUST be brought to our attention with attached pictures, immediately upon delivery. No later than 7 days after. We will direct you to the appropriate insurance agency to file a claim.
